Dr. Pinnamaneni & Smt. Seethadevi Foundation was established in December, 1989 by members of the family of Dr. Pinnamaneni Venkateswara Rao and Smt. Seethadevi, in recognition of their services in various fields of activity and her unstinted support of him.
The main aims of the Foundation are to honor eminent persons in the fields of Literature, Culture, Fine Arts, Medicine, Science, Sports, Social Services etc., every year with a cash award and a citation, to arrange very valuable cultural and literary programmes.
The Foundation is extending financial assistance to meritorious students who are economically back- ward, to pursue their professional studies.
The Foundation is extremely happy to honor many individuals, each eminent in his or her own fields of activity. The recipients represent the broad spectrum of distinguished persons drawn from all parts of the country and fields.
